Pet Addendum to the Lease

Only house (indoor) pets/animals are allowed in the community.
Exceptions to this require written approval from community manager.
Each pet owner has a special responsibility to:
Consent to have a pet will be revoked for failure to follow the above responsibilities.
Dogs
Residents owning dogs must follow the above special responsibilities plus;
4. A dog that has bitten or attacked a person or another animal or has vicious tendencies such that it
must be removed or restrained when people are present is not allowed.
5. Residents must have a license for each dog and be current on its’ vaccinations.
(Applicable for all dogs over 5 months of age)
6. All dogs must be registered and approved by the community manager BEFORE being allowed in the community.
Only residents with disabilities are permitted to have assistance animals. The animal must be necessary as a reasonable accommodation for their disability. Management reserves the right to request documentation that verifies the disability-based need for the requested accommodation. Verification will be accepted from a third party professional such as a physician, licensed health professional, professional representing a social service agency or disability agency or clinic.
Cats
Residents owning cats must follow the above special responsibilities plus;
A maximum of 4 cats are allowed per household.
No wild undomesticated animals such as reptiles, snakes, rabbits, ferrets, monkeys, pot bellied pigs, etc. is allowed.
Exceptions to this require written approval from community manager.
Each pet owner has a special responsibility to:
- maintain control over their pet so that the peaceful enjoyment of the community by all can be maintained.
- not allow the pet to stray or run loose.
- not allow the pet to soil other Resident's lots.
- not allow the pet to make unreasonable noise.
- keep pet droppings contained to their own lot and cleaned up daily.
- insure their pet does not generate complaints from the other community residents.

- A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed per household.
- No dog that is pure breed or a mix containing any of these breeds is allowed:
