Residents are billed for water (and sewer) based on their personal consumption.
A Landfill Pass (for garbage) is provided free of charge when current with rent.  Landfill is 2 miles away.
Dogs ARE allowed (with restrictions) at $25 per dog per month. (See Pet Rules)

     Quantity: Three dog maximum
     Breed: Aggressive breeds not allowed
